PLATINUM RESISTANCE TEMPERATURE DETECTOR (R.T.D.)
The Platinum Resistance Detector is a temperature sensing transducer. It operates on principle of change of electrical resistance of platinum as a function of temperature. The Platinum Resistance Temperature Detector probes and accessories designed and developed for a wide range of industrial application have been introduced and marketed by Temcon Instruments Pvt. Ltd. since thirty years. The range of detector covers from – 200 Deg. C. to +600 Deg. and are available in resistance ratio 1.385 as per DIN 43760 and with a choice of two or three leads to match new or existing temperature instrumentation.
COPPER RESISTANCE TEMPERATURE DETECTOR (C.R.T.)
The Copper Resistance Detector is manufactured from Copper wire having co-efficient of resistance 0.00426. The Calibration of Copper Resistance elements is 53 Ohms at 0 Deg. C. and working range is 0 – 150 Deg. C.
INDUSTRIAL THERMOCOUPLES
A wide range of thermocouples probes and assemblies are used for multiple temperature measurement and it covers the range upto 1400 Deg. C. A full time of sub miniature process as well as bare type thermocouple for industrial application and having varieties of heads with Thermo well are available.
MINERAL INSULATED THERMOCOUPLES
This type of Thermocouples are applicable, easy to handle and can be installed easily in a limited space or in locations where access is difficult. No additional insulation is required.
THERMOWELLS
Thermowells are acclaimed from solid or fabricated in Stainless Steel 304, 316, 310, 446, Inconel – 600 and range of other materials to suit customer’s applications.
TUNGSTEN COATED THERMOWELLS
This type of Thermowells are available having coating of Tungsten thickness 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm or as per customer requirement for special application.
IBR THERMOWELLS
Thermowells are acclaimed from solid bar stock of IBR approved materials to suit customer applications.
COMPENSATING CABLE FOR THERMOCOUPLES
Different conductors like Cu / Constantan, Fe / Constantan, Chromel / Alumel, Pt.Rh./Pt. having insulation like PVC / PVC, PVC/Asbestos, PTFE / Fiberglass / Fiberglass with or without metal braiding are available.
BARE THERMOCOUPLE WIRE
The bare Thermocouple wire in variety of diameter from 0.2 mm to 3.20 mm are available.
DIGITAL TEMPERATURE INDICATORS / CONTROLLERS
3 ½ Digit & 4 ½ Digit, Power Supply 230V A/C 50 Hz. Input Calibration : Ro 100 Ohms Pt. Thermocouples and special calibration on request.
